Honestly, this is one of my prouder moments here. I feel like when it comes to making fish, I’m just not that good at it. I either over cook it or under cook it. Not this time. These fish tacos are So freaking good! Such fresh ingredients make them a perfect summertime Taco Tuesday addition to your menu.
Fish tacos (and shrimp tacos) are some of my favorite items to get a restaurant. There is just something about them that is so delicious. This one fell into restaurant quality, if I do say so myself.
This is a 3 step recipe.
First you make the mango lime creme sauce in a food processor by combining greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice and jarred mango or pineapple salsa and salt & pepper.
Then you make homemade mango strawberry salsa. This salsa is so simple to make with fresh strawberries, mango, avocados, cilantro and lime juice. (Bonus: if you have extra homemade salsa it goes perfectly on top of grilled chicken as well!)
The final step is cooking the fish in a skillet until it becomes flaky. Once the fish is cooked, all you have to do is build your taco with all 3 ingredients.
