
One of our family traditions every Christmas is to have a full Jewish brunch with all of the yummy fish and bagels. If you told me before meeting my husband that this would be one of my holiday traditions I would have told you “no way”. But luckily he introduced me to the goodness that is lox and white fish salad!
When we were in Stone Harbor, in June, I started following some of my favorite restaurants down there on Instagram. Shortly after returning I saw them of these restaurants post a wrap similar to this that looked absolutely delightful.
I tried to recreate it on my own. This picture doesn’t look anything close to the wrap that I saw posted. But the flavors come together incredibly well.

Once all of the ingredients are combined, this Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Wrap truly brings back all the feels of the holidays, only in a healthier version.
Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 wheat or low carb wrap
- whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2-3 slices smoked salmon we used nova
- everything except the bagel seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Spread whipped cream cheese along the wrap
- Placed smoked salmon in the center of the wrap
- Add spinach
- Top with Everything Except the Bagel seasoning
- Fold the wrap and cut in half to enjoy!
