Sometimes I think we make it harder than we need it to be to be healthy. We look up crazy difficult recipes, we commit to exercising 7 days a week, we deprive ourselves of the foods we love.
And then what happens?
It all backfires. We end up putting a processed pizza in the oven because the recipe was just too difficult and tasted awful. Life happens and we only got 3 workouts in instead of 7 and now we are beating ourselves up and saying “I failed”. We eat one bowl of ice cream and then throw in the towel because we “don’t have enough willpower”.
Eating well doesn’t need to be complicated. In fact, when I finally figured out that the simplest recipes ended up tasting the best and were the most fulfilling, that’s when I started to have success with my health journey.
That is a long way of saying this Berries and Yogurt recipe is simple. Super simple! It is made with wholesome ingredients that will fill you up, keep you full, and allow you to truly enjoy the sweetness of nature’s candy (aka: fruit).
If you haven’t made berries with yogurt in awhile or if you have never tried it, now is the time! What are you waiting for?!?!?And if you are local to me, you MUST find Heirloom Acres honey. It’s by far the best honey I have ever had!
