Berries and Yogurt

Fresh and seasonal berries and honey make this a staple yogurt dish for the summertime. It doesn't get much simpler than this for a healthy breakfast or daytime snack!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt or one individual sized container
  • 1 tbsp local honey
  • 1/4 cup strawberries sliced small
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries

Instructions

  • Mix plain greek yogurt and honey together well
  • Add berries of your choice as topping
  • Eat and enjoy!
