½cupraw cashews
¼cupfrozen raspberries
¼cupnondairy milk of choice
½teaspoonvanilla extract
Pinchstevia
1tablespoontoasted coconut flakes
1teaspoonhemp seeds
1tablespoonblueberries
1tablespoonslivered almonds
Instructions
In a high-powered blender (I used my vitamix), add the cashews, raspberries, milk, vanilla and stevia. Process until well combined; some bits of texture will remain. Scrape sides several times while blending.
