This salad is a perfect, healthy, dish to take to a summer small gathering!

Greek Spinach Salad

spinach

cucumber
sliced and quartered

diced

kalamata olives
pitted and halved

thinly sliced
Salad Dressing
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil
1/2
tbsp
red wine vinegar

tsp
dried oregano

tsp
minced garlic

salt
Instructions
Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Mix together all of the salad ingredients in a larger bowl.
Pour dressing over top of salad ingredients and toss together well.
Serve and enjoy!
