Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese
This quick and simple slow cooker mac & cheese is a comfort food crowd pleaser!

Cook Time 2 hours hours
Servings 6
- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 12 oz cans evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Cook macaroni until soft
Toss cooked macaroni with melted butter in large bowl
Add remaining ingredients and mix together
Pour into lightly greased slow cooker
Cover and cook on High for 2-2 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice
