Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

This quick and simple slow cooker mac & cheese is a comfort food crowd pleaser!

  • slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 12 oz cans evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni until soft
  • Toss cooked macaroni with melted butter in large bowl
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix together
  • Pour into lightly greased slow cooker
  • Cover and cook on High for 2-2 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice
